Kelyx
Kelyx is a true neutral goddess of life and death. Her associated domains are life, death, and grave. Her symbol is an ouroboros wrapped around an 8 pointed star, and her associated colors are black, white, and grey.
Devotees of Kelyx believe that the souls of the dead are reincarnated after death, and as such strictly forbid the use of resurrection magic, believing it steals the soul of the resurrected from their proper next body. They also believe that the gods themselves will die at the end of the world, and will also experience the same cycle of rebirth. Priests of Kelyx perform rites at both the birth and death of her devotees, and those who show great devotion and ability as priests are believed to be the reincarnation of great priests of the past.
While the priests of Kelyx do believe in an unchanging structure to the world, and thus one may think they are lawful, they neither love nor hate law or chaos in the mortal world. The order and structure they believe in is one which is an inherent part of the world, and not something that must be continually protected by the actions of the believers. For this reason her priests strive for balance and neutrality in the conflicts of the world, though in their mortal imperfection they will often tend toward some alignment or another.
